Terms and Conditions:
- Estimated maintenance charges for the first year shall be in advance at the time of offer of possession @ Rs 20 per sq Yd per month. The actual maintenance charges shall be based on the actual cost incurred by the concerned maintenance agency.
- Areas are indicative only.
- All plans and layouts are subject to change at the sole discretion of the company or Statutory Authorities.
- Increase/decrease of the plot area shall be charges proportionately as per allotments terms.
- The other terms and conditions shall be as per the Application Form and the Provisional Allotment letter of the Company.
- Prices are subject to revision /withdrawal at any time without notice at the sole discretion of the Company.
- Government Taxes including Service taxes as applicable from time to time shall be payable by the allottee in addition to the sale price.
- Administrative charges for the first transfer of allotment would be free. The first transfer is allowed only After 5 months from the date of booking and on payment of at least 60% of BSP. The Administrative charges, from second transfer onwards, would be 5% of total cost (i.e. including all extra charges Subject to change, as per company Policy).
- Cheques/Bank Drafts should be issued in favour of “Gaursons Realtech Pvt Ltd” Payable at Ghaziabad.
- Registration charges, Stamp duty and Misc. charges shall be payable at the time of offer of possession.
